Get to Know Us

Steve, Liz and Johnanthan bring together decades of lived experience, elite performance, and evidence-based coaching to help people move, think, and perform better—on and off the bike. Between us, we’ve spent a lifetime immersed in endurance sport, high-performance environments, and the realities of adapting when life throws curveballs. We believe great coaching is both science-led and deeply human.

Our work sits at the intersection of physical training, neuroplasticity, mindset, and resilience. From beginners taking their first steps into sport, to elite and para-athletes competing on the world stage, we tailor every programme to the individual—not just their data, but their story. We’re passionate about helping people understand why they train the way they do, building confidence, autonomy, and long-term progress rather than quick fixes.

Above all, we coach with honesty, curiosity, and heart. We know what it’s like to push limits, rebuild after setbacks, and keep going when things are hard. Our goal is simple: to create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to become stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally—than they thought possible.
